There are many United States citizens who have to take maintenance medications every
day and have limited or fixed incomes that have to choose between buying their medications
or paying their utility bills, paying rent, buying food or vice versa. Neither should

How do I qualify?
For a person or family to be eligible for Patient Assistance Programs the following
criteria will need to be met:
You must be uninsured.
For a single person the income must be below $18,000 per year although some may
be as high as $19,000 per year.
For a family the income must be below $25,000 per year although some may be as high
as $30,000 a year.
You can't be eligible for Medicare Part D.
You can not be on Medicaid or any other state program providing medication assistance.
You must be a resident of the United Sates.
You must have a social security number.
You must be able to provide Proof of Income as part of the application process.
You must be under the care of a physician.
Please note:
The MEDCARE UNITED
program only offers named brand medications. No generics offered.
Narcotic medication CAN NOT be obtained.
The process may take up to 4 weeks.
There is a processing fee of $30 for each 90 day prescription. This fee allows MEDCARE UNITED
to provide you with complete
MEDCARE UNITED toll free customer service from the beginning of the process
to the delivery of your medications. You may pay by check, money order, bank debit
card or credit card.
Example Savings: If your medication cost you $200 for a 90 day supply MEDCARE UNITED provides that
same medication for $30. That is a $170 savings to you!
